Your new Patterson Walmart will include everyday household items with the added convenience of a full-service grocery department that includes fresh and locally-grown fruits and vegetables, a bakery, deli as well as a pharmacy and outdoor garden center.

The store will be a part of the larger Patterson Plaza Shopping Center, proposed for the southwest corner of Sperry and Ward Avenues.
The store's fine contemporary architecture, design elements and inviting streetscapes will be pedestrian and neighborhood-friendly. The store will be design to blend into it's existing surroundings and complement neighboring properties, as well as the additional retail and potential restaurants planned for the shopping center.
